As Transform’s Director of Finance Amanda Soobrayan leads our finance team and is the organisation’s accountable person for effective management of Transform’s financial resources. This role develops and implements finance strategies and approaches that enable the value for money delivery of organisational objectives.

Amanda services the Finance & Audit Committee and reports to the committee and wider Board of Trustees on financial related matters and strategy progress.

Amanda joined Transform Housing in September 2022. She brings 16 years of financial experience working in blue chip private sector companies and 15 years in the charity and housing association sector. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Prior to joining Transform, Amanda was the Director of Finance at the veterans’ charity Stoll. Amanda is passionate about finding homes for homeless people.
