As Head of External Affairs, Communications & Fundraising Anita is responsible for delivering impactful activity that fosters effective relationships with all stakeholders, raising Transform’s profile and securing diverse income streams to support additional client needs and Transform’s development.

Anita joined Transform in March 2020 having worked in communications and marketing within the education and training sector for the past 28 years. After honing her skills at three London training and enterprise councils, Anita joined Kingston University in 1999 where she established and led the University’s nationally recognised press office. Anita was also responsible for championing staff engagement campaigns, delivering digital/social media activity and spearheading a community enquiries function.

Before joining Transform, a brief spell volunteering at a community charity supporting homeless people and those with mental health challenges increased Anita’s interest in helping vulnerable people in society. She is proud to be contributing to enabling so many people to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
