As Executive Assistant, Caroline supports the Chief Executive and Executive team to deliver Transform’s business objectives including takes minutes at Board, committee and several other Transform meetings.

She is also responsible for pulling together information, facts and figures, organising visits and events and generally being a critical lynchpin for the organisation.

Caroline joined Transform as PA to the Chief Executive in August 2003, having held several PA roles in the education and regulatory sectors. She has a keen eye for detail, which is used extensively in her role, and a degree in maths and accounting, which isn’t, though she does love a spreadsheet and can follow most of what’s going on in finance meetings.
