Gary Storer joined Transform as a Trustee in 2026. He brings extensive experience in organisational change, governance, and culture, built over a career spanning banking, insurance, and professional services. After roles in major financial institutions and KPMG, Gary founded an award winning consultancy which he led for 20 years, delivering large scale change programmes for organisations in regulated sectors.

Since 2016, Gary has worked as a leadership coach with senior managers and Directors in the UK and internationally, helping them navigate the realities of leading in an increasingly complex world.

Gary is passionate about supporting young people and adults to live safe, confident, and fulfilling lives. Alongside his professional work, he has volunteered with and advised several charities. Before joining Transform, he served as a Trustee for a charity providing supported accommodation for unaccompanied refugee minors.

He holds a degree in English Literature from Cambridge University, as well as an MBA and an MSc in Executive Coaching.
