Katie is Chief Product and Commercial Officer for Wesleyan – a Birmingham-based financial services mutual company for doctors, dentists and teachers. She previously worked in a number of senior roles across Retail and Insurance. Starting her career in audit at Arthur Andersen, she has worked predominantly in Customer focused roles including as Customer Experience Director at Tesco, Chief Customer Officer at LV and Group Customer Director at Aviva Plc.

Katie recently joined the Board of Golden Charter Ltd as a Non Executive Director, pending FCA approval.
