Mark Lake joined the Transform Board of Trustees in 2025. Mark is an accomplished senior leader with 30+ years of expertise in the supported and social housing sector. Working for both national and smaller providers of social and supported housing providers, he has held a range of senior leadership roles at both Director and Executive Director level.

Mark now runs his own business providing interim leadership and consultancy services to the housing and not-for-profit sector.

Mark passionately believes the provision of good quality supported housing can change the lives of those who need support and enable them to live independently.
