Mike Ryan joined the Transform Board in 2020. Mike has worked in social housing for over 20 years, specialising in repairs, voids, asset management and estate services. He started his career with Raven Housing Trust as an Apprentice Electrician. Having worked across the business in Voids, Repairs, Asset Management and the Commercial Subsidiary. His current role is Head of Property Services at Raven, overseeing Responsive, Major & Commercial Repairs; Damp, Mould & Disrepair; Voids; Electrical Testing; Gas Compliance and Estate Services.
