Ollie joined Transform as a Trustee in November 2019 and was appointed as Chair of the Board in 2023.

His background is drawn from 25 years of operational and commercial experience within some well known brands including ExxonMobil, Alliance, Boots, Accenture and most recently Centrica (British Gas). Initially qualifying as an accountant he’s held a range of leadership roles as Finance Director, latterly transitioning to Managing Director. He’s now a qualified and accredited coach and runs his own business coaching leaders and teams in London and the South East.

Ollie lives in Surrey with his wife and two teenage daughters.
