Paul Rees joined the Transform Board in November 2019. He qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent over 30 years with the firm, 20 as a partner within the audit division. For much of his career he was involved in auditing and advising companies in the telecoms industry and was the global telecoms industry leader for the firm.

Subsequently he has been the Chair of the audit committee of the Royal College of Nursing, Greensleeves Homes Trust, a care home group, and Southern Housing Group. He is currently chair of the audit committee of Surrey Police and chair of Citizens Advice Waverley.
