Rachael Smart joined the Transform Board of Trustees in 2026. She is an experienced housing leader with over 20 years’ experience in resident services, service transformation and regulatory compliance.

Rachael has held a range of senior roles focused on improving services, strengthening the customer experience and ensuring organisations meet regulatory standards. She is co-founder of Think Together, a consultancy that helps housing providers and boards hear and act on the customer voice, meet consumer standards and deliver meaningful service improvements.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Rachael lives locally and brings her experience to support Transform as it develops and continues helping people live safely and independently.
