As Director of Asset Management, Decarbonisation & Growth, Richard is responsible for overseeing Transform’s supported housing property portfolio and ensuring all homes are comfortable, safe and compliant with all statutory health and safety obligations.

This involves leading on property maintenance, strategic planning for investment to maintain homes above the Decent Homes Standard and for improvements to meet net zero carbon targets.

Richard is also responsible for the growth of Transform’s portfolio, from property acquisitions to the development and construction of new homes to meet the needs of clients.

Richard joined Transform in January 2024. He has worked in social and supported Housing during the past 10 years within property services and asset management. Prior to this, Richard has 18 years building and construction project management experience, having created the foundations of his career as a qualified quantity surveyor.
